Vintage Eames Dining Chairs | Blue and Chrome

Eames aluminium chairs by Vitra 1978. A classic chair designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Vitra’s “Aluminium” range, in a wonderful peppermint green and highly polished aluminium frame. We currently have 8 of these chairs. Each carried a signature sticker to signify their authenticity and some feature a date sticker underneath, reading 1978. The condition of the fabric varies and we have graded them into 3 categories (B, C and D) and priced accordingly. The grading is based on the fabric which is a layered composite materials and even in its most worn state is perfectly stable and has many years life left in it yet. The B graded chairs are in good, vintage condition. C grade show some wear to the fabric but no holes and D has some areas where a hole has begun to form. If you’re looking for a solid piece of design history at an affordable price, these chairs could be for you.
