Code: 10534
A handsome antique pine chest of drawers featuring two deep lower drawers beneath three smaller drawers above. Stripped back to reveal the natural warmth and character of the pine, complemented by contrasting dark wooden handles.
The chest has a lovely curved detail to the lower apron which softens its otherwise simple, practical form. At some point in its history the original feet were removed, leaving it with a lower profile that we feel gives the piece particularly pleasing proportions. Full of character and honest wear accumulated over many years of use, it offers generous storage whilst retaining a quiet presence.
A versatile piece equally at home in a bedroom, hallway or relaxed country interior.
Measurements: 81cm Tall x 89.5cm Wide x 44cm Deep (46cm with handles)
